MURAT JOACHIM: (1767-1815) Marshal of France, brother-in-law of Napoleon Bonaparte. King of Naples 1808-15. L.S., `J Napoleon´, one page, folio, Naples, 4th January 1811, in Italian. The partially printed document bearing the heading of "Gioacchino Napoleone, King of the Two Sicilies", is a decree containing three articles approved and based on the report given by the Minister of Interior. The decree refers to the Comune di Castelvetere and to the administration of the budget funds, to the deficit, and to the third article orders the Minister of Interior to execute what is established in the present decree. Paper with a Pieter de Vries watermark. With blank integral leaf. Small area of paper loss to the lower right corner, otherwise G to VG
