CITROËN ANDRÉ: (1878-1935) French Industrialist. Known for making a car named after him. Rare T.L.S., André Citroen, a bold good example signature, two pages, 4to, Quai de Javel, Paris, 25th January 1935, to the Ministry of Finances, on the André Citroen printed stationery, in French. Citroen refers to payments due and according to a claim Citroen has presented, and states `..as refund of the excess paid for the registry rights on the war market, negotiated with the State..´ further requesting additional information in order to understand the way the calculations will be made.
