CUI CESAR: (1835-1918) Russian Composer, a member of The Five Group. Professor, Engineer and General. A good A.M.Q.S., ` C. Cui´, two pages, 7.5 x 5, clipped score page, n.p., dated in his hand 1902. A carefully penned lengthy musical quote, consisting of thirteen bars of music, on three staves. Cui has added two musical tempos ` Andantino´, and ` Pochissimo meno mosso´, also adding voice text in German ` Es ist vorbei, uns halt fort-an Kein Bund… sprach ich es aus das Wort, erbe-Bend..´ Extremely small crease to the lower left corner.
