,1. תפלה שתקנו פה מנטובה על מות הילדים בשביל חולי הנקרא בלעז וורולי [אבעבועות שחורות (Variola)]. מנטובה, [ת"צ 1730? תק"י 1750?].
[1] דף. 30 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-גרוע. החלק העליון קרוע ומנותק. קמטים, קרעים וסימני קיפול. כתמים.
2. זה סדר הפרגמטיקה אשר הסכימו מע' אנשי הועד הכללי ממנטובה, שימשך בעד שש שנים הבאות... תחילתן ביום א לחדש מרצו תשכ"ה למניינם וסופם ביום אחרון לחדש פיברארו אלף תשע"א למניינם, בחרם חמור ובגזירת נחש. מנטובה, [תקכ"ה 1765].
תקנות בדבר צניעות במלבושים, תכשיטים, מאכלים, וכדומה. בשולי העמוד חותמים רבני מנטובה, ביום ט כסלו תקכ"ה, אהרן בכמהר"ר יוסף ברוך קזיס, גוזר; ישראל גדליה בכמהה"ר משה קזיס, סופר הקהל.
