A study of the kingdom of David and Solomon, by German cartographer, astronomer and mathematician Johann Matthias Hase. The first part contains six folded maps of the Land of Israel and the Near East (partly colored). The first maps depict the kingdom of David and Solomon in detail. The second part of the book contains diagrams comparing different cities of the world (Rome, Stockholm, St. Petersburg, Peking and others), as well as diagrams and illustrations (partly colored) of the construction of the Tower of Babel.
