Isaac Leeser (1806-1868), one of the leaders of Jews in the USA and one of the pioneers of American Jewry, philosopher, literary editor, translator of holy scriptures into English and composer of numerous essays and sermons. This is the first book by Isaac Leeser printed in America. VIII, 139 pp, 21.5 cm. Good condition. Stains. Damages to binding.
