* Amulet on parchment. Scribal writing. "Segula to protect from any weakness… by Rabbi the Tzaddik Moshe Teitelbaum Rabbi of Uhlya…".
* Amulet – printed Mizrach, "This amulet was brought from Eretz Israel". At the top is a segula "By Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum Rabbi Uhlya", with an illustration of a LaMenatzeach menorah, segulot, kabalistic intentions and incantations. On leaf margins: "The pattern of the illustration of this amulet is by the emissary… Rabbi Chaim Aharon… from Amsterdam for the benefit of the holy yeshiva".
