Hamered [The Revolt], by Menachem Begin. "Special edition dedicated to the rehabilitation of freedom fighters". Jerusalem: Achiasaf, 1950.
A memoir by Menachem Begin. Special edition. A metal plaque – the emblem of Irgun – is set on the front board. A photocopy of a letter of dedication by Begin from 1950 is attached to the front endpaper.
Signed by Begin on the title page: "With a greeting of victory, M. Begin" (Hebrew).
514, [6] pp. + [7] photographic plates, 21 cm. Good overall condition. Stains (many stains on the photocopy of the letter attached to the front endpaper). Dark leaves at the end of the book. Signature (in pen) on the title page. Minor blemishes to binding.
