בראש הדף נוסח קול קורא לטובת כולל רייסין – אחריו העתק תמצית ממכתבי גדולי החסידות – ואחריהם העתקי מכתבים מהאדמו"ר רבי דוד מטשורטקוב ואחיו האדמו"ר רבי מרדכי שרגא פייביש מהוסייאטין.
יש לציין שבכרוז שנדפס לבסוף הובאו מכתבי האדמורי"ם לבית רוזין בקיצור ובהשמטה – ואילו בדף שלפנינו הועתקו במלואם.
