MUSIC AND THEATER - PADEREWSKA Helena (1856 - 1934) - Autograph letters signed - Polish music - Paderewski's second wife. A woman of action and conviction, she contributed to her husband's success. In agreement with the American government, Paderewski had an army of 20,000 young Poles trained in the USA. Helena was president of the Polish White Cross, a health relief organisation.
