Alam final of Timoric design
A 18-19th century Alam Final of Timoric design.
An Alam final was a standard or flagpole with ornate metal banner on top. The final is mostly used in religious processions and ceremonial functions by Shi’a and Safavid Muslims. In Ottoman times the final was used as a military banner.
