Ritterkreuz der französischen Ehrenlegion (Légion d'honneur), fünfarmiges weiß emailliertes Kreuz mit grüner Lorber- und Eichenlaubkranzauflage, Vorderseite mit Medaillon „République Française“ und Kopf der Marianne, Rückseite mit Inschrift „HONN... ET PATRIE 1870“, feine Emaillearbeiten, rückseitig kleiner Fehlstellen im Emaille, montiert auf dekorativen Zinnaufsteller mit Fuß und Emblem der „Crédit Lyonnais“, altersgemäßer Zustand Aufsteller 21 x 10,5 cm (HxB)
Das Ehrenlegionskreuz in der Ausführung für Ritter wurde ab dem 19. Jahrhundert für zivile und militärische Verdienste verliehen. Die Kombination mit einem originalen Aufsteller der Crédit Lyonnais verweist auf eine besondere Präsentationsform – vermutlich in Verbindung mit einer Ehrung oder Schaufensterdekoration.
