Tseitlin Naum Iosifovich (1909, Kherson province - 1997).
Graphic artist, painter, illustrator of children's books. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He studied at the courses at the Moscow Art Institute (1940). During the Second World War he produced posters and leaflets. Participated in Moscow, republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions since 1930. Famous works: illustrations for the books "Tales" by the Brothers Grimm, "What It happened” B. Zhitkova, “What about you?” S. Mikhalkov and "Horse-Fire" by V. Mayakovsky. His works were published in Krymskaya Gazeta, Pioneer, Growth, Change magazines, Young Guard and Detgiz publishing houses. The artist's works are kept in Russian museums.
