Dulevo Porcelain Factory. Author of the model: A.D. Brzhezitskaya. A similar figurine was published in the book "Asta Brzhezitskaya. Dulevo" from the series "Masters of Soviet Porcelain", Publishing House "Among Collectors", Moscow, 2008, p. 89. On the base there is the overglaze mark of the enterprise "ДЗ Дулево 2с–54"
* Brzhezitskaya Asta Davydovna (1912–2004)
Soviet sculptor, master of porcelain sculpture. She created more than five hundred works from various ceramic materials. In 1936-1937 studied at MHPU named after. M.I. Kalinin, then at the Moscow State Art Institute (1937-1945) with A.T. Matveeva. Since 1945 she worked as a sculptor at the Dulevo porcelain factory. Participated in the design of the Taganskaya station of the Moscow Metro (reliefs, majolica, 1950). Participant in Russian and foreign exhibitions (World Exhibition in Brussels - 1958; International Ceramics Exhibitions in Ostend - 1959 and Prague - 1962). The artist's personal exhibitions were held in Moscow (1983, 1990, 1993). The works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Museum of Ceramics “Kuskovo Estate of the 18th century”, the All-Russian Museum of Decorative, Applied and Folk Arts, in many regional museums, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
