Britov Kim Nikolaevich (1925, Vladimir region - 2010, Vladimir).
Painter. Honored Artist of the RSFSR, People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Awards: Gold medal of the Russian Academy of Arts, Levitan Prize. He studied at the Mstyora Art School, the Vladimir Art Studio with N.P. Sychev. Since 1954, he has taken part in all-Union and international exhibitions. The first personal exhibition of K.N. Britova was held in 1975. The artist's works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Vladimir-Suzdal Historical, Artistic and Architectural Museum-Reserve, as well as in museums and private collections in the DPRK, the USA, and Germany.
