Pair of oriental porcelain vases, early 20th century
Oriental porcelain. Dimensions: 162 x 48 x 48 cm. Imposing large-format vases decorated with elaborate oriental court scenes framed by complex floral and geometric motifs. The predominant tones are cobalt blue, red and gold, applied in an intricate design that captures the refined style of East Asian porcelain. On each vase, female figures stand out in costumbrist scenes, with parasols and traditional costumes. The base and neck of the vases are adorned with repetitive motifs of great precision that shine under the light, evoking the opulence and artistic skill of the period.
