Festive Lag BaOmer placard - the Upsherin custom, 1948. Interesting print in golden ink against red paper of Moses and Aharon and the inscription: "Minhag Israel Torah! ... On Lag BaOmer Jews in Israel and around the world cut children's hair and leave Payot on either side of his face, careful not to violate the Jewish law specifying to grow Payot... and then the child looks Jewish...". On the back of the placard appears a tablet of 36 letters, after a Chazal essay on cutting hair "Ata guzi ata merashi yazarta...", by Rabbi Meir Yechiel Zvi HAcohen, where these words appear in different versions one billion one million and one thousand times.
