She'erit Hapleta - Letter of recommendation from the Chief Physician of the Jewish Refugee Hospital in Jieber, Germany to a Jew, Jakob Jakubowicz, a Holocaust survivor who worked as a driver and mechanic in the Transportation Department and as the Chief Physician's driver at the Joint Hospital in Belsen and later in the present hospital. Subject Date 5.1.1951. The doctor praises the quality of his work, Jakubovitz's reliability and devotion, and his technical skills in car maintenance, and strongly recommends his employment. The letter is exciting and well phrased. Printed and signed by the doctor. In good condition: creases, yellowing. Measurements: 29.5X21 cm.
