However, the auction house does not undertake to accurately describe the items in terms of stone size, color, level of cleanliness, condition (including description of defects) and whether it has undergone treatment or painting and the buyer is responsible for inspecting the diamonds and gems before sale. For the avoidance of doubt, no option will be given to cancel the purchase of jewelry, diamonds and gems or return them after purchase, even if the description does not match the item.
In this auction like the previous auctions, unsold items are not offered for direct sale after auction ends! please bid and participate during the auction!
The sale commission is 20% + VAT on the commission only. in a week time from the auction.
A fee of 5% will be added to late payments.
The dollar exchange rate for this sale will be published at the auction day (the first day) and it will remain the same for the second part of the auction!
New customers who have participated a few times in auctions will usually be approved with a limit on the amount you can offer at least initially. If you want to raise the amount or remove the limit, you are welcome to contact us by phone.
It is important to note! The examination of the limit of the amount is carried out during the application for approval for our sales. You will receive the invoice for payment and then you can choose the requested shipping method.
Please note the different costs: courier delievery as well as the different registered shipping costs depending on the weight.

Buyers from abroad will receive an invoice within a business day from the end of the auction including the shipping cost for the items purchased and will be able to pay online by credit card.

Up to 2 kilo at a cost of 28 NIS
2-5 Kilo cost 35 NIS.
5-10 kilo cost 40 NIS
10-20 kilo cost 50 NIS
Pay attention! Today the insurance for registered mail stands for a maximum coverage of up to NIS 150 in case of loss/damage. If you wish to add insurance, options will be opened accordingly at the time of payment (increment to 1000/2000 NIS - items/jewelry accordingly).
2. Courier mail of Israel Post for a package of reasonable size (up to 50X50X50 cm) and up to 20 kilos at a cost of only NIS 45. (Warranty and insurance according to the terms of delivery of Israel Mail packages only! - Today the insurance stands for a maximum coverage of up to NIS 500 in case of loss/damage).
We try to get the deliveries out of the gallery within two business days at the latest. The delivery time of the items depends on the Israeli post and global post work. Each buyer who pays on delivery, will receive a detailed email with the tracking number and a link to the tracking on the mail site accordingly.

A customer who confirms the delivery of items, will take into account that the warranty will only be in the event of loss until the cost is covered by the postal services only ****
In cases of complecated items and fragile items, the auction house may take an additional cost to ensure the proper packaging of the items.

Yitzhak Frenkel (Hebrew: יצחק פרנקל; 1899–1981), also known as Isaac Frenkel or Alexandre Frenel, was an Israeli painter, sculptor and teacher. He was one of the leading Jewish artists of the l’École de Paris and its chief practitioner in Israel, gaining international recognition during his lifetime.
Frenkel is considered the father of modern Israeli art. He is accredited with bringing the influence of the l’École de Paris to Israel, which until then was dominated by Orientalism.
Throughout his life he lived and worked in Portugal, South Africa, France, Odessa and Israel (especially in Tel Aviv and Safed).
He died in Tel Aviv in 1981 and was buried in Safed Old Jewish Cemetery.
Odessa
Yitzhak Frenkel was born in Odessa, Russian Empire to a Jewish family. He was a great-grandson of Rabbi Levi Yitzchok of Berditchev. In his youth he studied in a yeshiva where he met Chaim Glicksberg. As a child he lived right next to Bialik's and Rawnitzki's publishing house "Moriah".[9][11] In 1917, he studied under Aleksandra Ekster, an influential constructivist, cubist and futurist teacher and painter at the Fine Arts Academy in Odessa, one of the leading art schools in the Tsarist Russia.[12] His early years in Odessa were characterized by famine, pogroms, war and factional fighting in the Russian Empire, prompting him to explore Utopian themes, the classics and deepen his studies in the Bible, Talmud and Gemara. These themes were incorporated in his future art.[2]
Frenkel immigrated to Mandate Palestine in 1919 with the first wave of settlers of the Third Aliyah, on board the SS. Ruslan.
He died in 1981 in Tel Aviv and was buried in Safed.
