I'm sorry! is how Rabbi Yitzchak of Skver - Tel Aviv opened hisletter to his cousin Rabbi Menachem Mendel, with a lengthy apology for not answering his letter for such a long time, he describes in a nostalgic description the distant times, when they sat together by his aunt and uncle zt"l, in which your home was like our home who can fathom this... and now that a large hole has been breached it is impossible for us to turn back the wheel...

Married a second time to the daughter of the Holy Rabbi Mordechai of Constantine. Was head and secretary of Agudat Ha'Admorim in the United States and assisted many righteous of his generation.
