Rare letter of Passover Blessings for Good Health and Naches. Rabbi Avraham Elimelech of Karlin with an Addition of two Lines of Blessings Handwritten by Him

Special, important letter by the holy Rav Rabbi Elimelech of Karlin to the famed Chassid Rabbi Aharon Haltovsky, about the renowned Karlin Chassid Rabbi Meir Levin. Blessings for good health, success and Naches from all his offspring.

'והנני בזה לברכו שיתברך ממקור הברכות והישיעות בכל מילי דמיטב בבריאה נכונה ושלימה ולקבל רוב נחת מכל יוצ"ח' וישלח השי"ת ברכה והצלחה בכל מעשי ידיו לטובה ויחוג את חג המצות בדיצה ובחדוה ובכשרות כחפץ דוש"ט'

The Rebbe added a final, rare blessing: 'It is a wonder why he does not write about his condition and may Hashem Yisborach help him spiritually and materially' and his handwritten signature.

Letters by Rabbi Avraham Elimelech of Karlin are common; yet, letters on which he added more than a couple of words are extremely rare. On this letter, he added lines with his pure blessing.

The holy Rav Rabbi Avraham Elimelech of Karlin [1891-1942] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yisroel [The Yanuka] and his successor in Pinsk. The Tzaddikim of the generation appreciated and revered him. Headed important yeshivas. Visited the Holy Land four times and during his last visit, explicitly predicted an upcoming disaster for European Jewry. However, he refused to remain in Eretz Yisroel, returning to support his Chassidim. Was killed on Kiddush Hashem in Cheshvan 1942.
