On it, the holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet of Deyzh signed and added his stamp: MENDEL  PANETH OBERRABINER DEES'. The holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Mendel Panet of Deyzh [1818-1885] the son of the holy Rav Rabbi Yechezkel Panet of Deyzh, author of the Mareh Yechezkel. Rabbi Mendel was a disciple of the Chasam Sofer and Maran the Yismach Moshe.
