Chidushei Mahari Migas. Lviv, 1809 - Sefer Chidushei Bava by Rabbeinu Yosef Migas (Sefer Shitah Mekubetzet) - Lviv, 1809 - ancient dedication with red, square lettering.  This book is actually Sefer Shitah Mekubetzet on Masechet Bava Batra and was attributed by mistake to Rabbi Yosef Migas (there is indeed a book of innovations by Rabbi Yosef Migas on Bava Batra; yet they were printed in other books, not in this volume). Written on this ttile page is a dedication in fine square red letters: ”מנחה היא שלוחה... שרעטר מל[יי]פניק מאת החברה דבחורים לדרשה. ואלה שמות האלופים הגבאים אשר נקבו בשמות: הבחור אהרן בערגר גבאי ראשון, והבחו' אלי' צבי כץ מקוניץ ג”ש [=גבאי שני] והבחור יידל מדרעזניץ ג'[באי] שלישי”. [1], 118 leaves. 35 cm. Good condition. Some wear and stains on some leaves. New binding.
