Art Deco Sapphire-Diamond-Brooch
ART DECO SAPPHIRE-DIAMOND-BROOCH.
Date: ca. 1920.
Material: Platinum, tested. Needle 333/- yellow gold, tested.
Total Weight: ca. 15,5 g.
Measurement: 7,4 x 2,0 cm.
Diamonds: 28 old-cut diamonds in total ca. 0,7 ct. J-L/SI-P, framed by ca. 140 tiny in rose-cut diamonds Ø ca. 1,0-1,8 mm.
Gemstones: 1 oval, faceted sapphire, ca. 3,7 ct. beautiful, light blue, veil-shaped colour-zoned, 15 in rectangular step-cut sapphires, in total ca. 2,2 ct.
Description: Elongated, open-worked shape, geometrically set with brilliant-cut diamonds, decorated
with millegrain. Matching etui enclosed.
