In-folio, [20] 602 [22] pp, woodcut mark on title and large printer's mark on p. 556 (Abel's sacrifice of an animal to God). Beautiful historiated initials and head and tail pieces. Title underlaid, blank bottom part of p. 557 torn and skillfully repaired. 17th c. sheep leather binding, richly gilt spine with 6 raised bands, marbled endleaves (rubbed, scratches)
