A bronze Bodhisattva (Guanyin), China, Ming Dynasty, late 16th/early 17th century, Bodhisattva is crowned and seated on a double lotus throne in cross-legged seat, called vajraparyankasana posture. He holds his right hand in a varada mudra (posture) and the left hand in abhaya mudra. The statue is hollow inside. , Height ca. 20 cm.
