A silver art nouveau lidded cup, Dutch, 1929 With border motif of sea related ornaments, a cartouche with inscription: 'De directie/ der/ Holland Amerikalijn/ aan/ Karel Lodewijk Victor/ Hamelberg/ ter herinnering aan het/ feit dat hij als/ hoofd- machinist/ 100 rondreizen/ op Amerika/ Augustus 1929/ in haren dienst/ volbracht'. (On behalf of the management of H.A.L. presented to K.L.V. Hamelberg commemorating 100 journeys to America in her service). Tweede gehalte (835/1000). Vervaardigd door: N.V. Zilverfabriek, Voorschoten (1925-1961). Met jaarletter T: 1929. Gewicht: 636,9 gram. Height 28.5 cm.
