IONESCO EUGENE: (1909-1994) Romanian-French Playwright, a foremost figure of the French Avant-Garde Theatre. Signed and inscribed exhibition catalogue ''Byzantios'', Galerie JeanneBucher, January - February 1963, Paris. A good paperback 7.5 x 6.5 catalogue edition, with preface by Eugene Ionesco, signed in bold black ink by Ionesco to the inside, (`To Claude Couffon, Eugene Ionesco´), at the base of his preface text beneath his printed name, adding the date 11th February 1986 in his hand. The 24 pages exhibition catalogue contains over 12 images of Byzantios´ paintings. VG £150-200 Constantin Byzantios (1924-2007) Greek Painter Claude Couffon (1926-2013) French Poet and Translator.
