MARCEL MARCEAU - SCENE PHOTO WITH AUTOGRAPH
Marcel Marceau, born Marcel Mangel (Strasbourg, March 22, 1923 - Cahors, September 22, 2007), was a French stage actor and mime, a student of Étienne Decroux.
He is also known for having popularized the moonwalk in the West, a step born in the American ghettos in 1800 that was later revised and made even more popular by Michael Jackson, with his march against the wind where he went against an invisible wind going forward, while Michael Jackson went backwards.
Marcel Marceau was born in Strasbourg in 1923, to a French Jewish family, with the name of Marcel Mangel, second son of Charles Mangel, a kosher butcher, and Anna Werzberg.
At the age of 5 he was already fascinated by seeing Charlie Chaplin's films at the cinema; he was especially attracted by the character of Charlot, the iconic tramp of silent cinema. As a child he enjoyed improvising theatrical sketches for his friends, in the style of Charlot.

VERY RARE PHOTO WITH AUTOGRAPH.
